How far in advance do I need to place an order?

We require the following lead times for orders:

Cookies only

Orders intended to serve 12 or fewer

Orders intended to serve more than 12

How can I order?

We offer a widespread set of options for you to place orders at your convenience. You can:

Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver within 10 miles of Williamsville for a $5 delivery fee, and within 20 miles of Williamsville for $10.

Do you do cake decorating and/or cutouts?

Not at this time due to time constraints and limited staffing. This may be something we eventually take on, and if we do, you'll be the first to know!

Can I request certain ingredients to be added or removed from an item?

Absolutely! Just let us know by submitting a Custom Order Request online, or giving us a call at (716) 547-2137.

How often will you update your menu?

Our goal is to add 1-2 new menu items each quarter.  Keep checking our Facebook and Instagram for announcements of new menu item launch dates!

I have a food allergy. Can I still order from your shop?

While we take extreme measures to keep our workspace clean between orders, we do work often with ingredients containing dairy, soy, nuts, eggs, wheat, and cinnamon, so items may inadvertently come into contact with one of the aforementioned. We will ask before fulfilling each order if there are any allergy concerns, and we label each dessert box we sell with a disclaimer tag to notify consumers that we are not an environment free of common allergens. Our ultimate goal is to keep you and those around you safe and healthy, so we will leave the option to order entirely up to you.
