Adian Johns (AY-dee-in jaanz)

Hailing from Jamaica by way of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Adian is bringing his highly-acclaimed desserts to the 716. After perfecting his craft in university, he went on to serve as a pastry chef in some of the Queen City's most prominent restaurants. He learned the industry at Luma before heading up the kitchens at Patria and Toronto Beach Club, serving everyone from casual diners to elite athletes and global celebrities.

Adian now resides in Buffalo, New York with his wife Kaitlin, their daughter Aniyah, and their rescue pup Cabernet. Rapidly and justifiably, his elegant, flavor-packed desserts are taking over the city, one customer at a time. He carries gratitude in his heart for the warm welcome he's received, stating he's, "happy to call Buffalo [his] new home," and most importantly, "Go Bills!"
