All orders are required to be paid in full at the time of order, without exception. We currently accept payments via cash, Venmo, and Zelle. We will soon be able to take credit card payments online.

R E F U N D   P O L I C Y

We prepare everything fresh and take our time to ensure high-quality products for each order. In the unforeseen event that we don't get it right the first time, or if you're unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly replace it. Refunds of any capacity will only be issued if an order is canceled with enough notice. Please see below.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of being placed:                                             Full Refund

Orders canceled within 48 hours of being placed:                                           50% Refund

Orders canceled within 72+ hours of being placed:                                            No Refund

If you placed an order more than 7 days in advance and need to cancel, please call us at (716) 547-2137 to discuss cancellation options.

The only other circumstance where you would be eligible to receive a refund is in the unlikely situation that an item is damaged while in our possession (ie. before you arrive for pick-up or during a delivery where we are transporting your order).

We do our best to secure our desserts in protective packaging to avoid accidents, and we will provide instructions on how to safely transport your order. However, we will not assume any responsibility for item breakage, spillage, or damage while the order is in your possession. This policy is without exception.
